Revaluation notices with your new assessed property values are on the way and should arrive in your mailbox soon.
These updated values reflect market conditions as of April 1, 2025. Your notice includes an estimated tax using a new rate of $13.22 per $1,000 of taxable value. This new rate is down $10.63 from the prior tax rate of $23.85. Please note: This is an estimate only and may change pending any valuation changes resulting from the informal hearing process.

An informal hearing process is available if you would like to discuss your new assessment. These hearings are by appointment only and are your opportunity to ask questions, share information, and ensure your property’s data is accurate before values are finalized. You may schedule a telephone or in-person appointment as follows:
