The 2025 revaluation is now underway with the data collection process.
As part of the process, the town will be using existing property information from Town records. Existing information about each property has been compiled into data verification forms that were mailed to all single-family property owners on Friday, October 18, 2024. We ask that you review this information and report any inaccuracies, following the instructions on the form, by Monday, December 2, 2024. See the sample form below.
